1.  All rates per night are per room and include a continental buffet breakfast.

2.  In addition to the rates listed, there is a 12% Connecticut room occupancy tax.

3.  Reservations can be held by credit card for the full amount of nights reserved.  A refund minus a 10% cancellation fee will be given for cancellation prior to 14 days.  After 14 days, refunds will be based upon the rental of the room.

4.  Arrival for check-in is between 3 PM and 5 PM.  If later arrival is anticipated, please call or e-mail to notify the Innkeeper.  Early check-in is not available.  Check-out is by 11 AM.

5.  Breakfast is served continental style between the hours of 8:30 AM and 10 AM.

6.  Please keep your room and house key with you at all times.  When checking out please leave keys with the Innkeeper.

7.  Pets are not permitted on the premises.

8.  We provide a smoke-free environment inside the Inn.

9.  Burning candles is not allowed per order of the Fire Marshall.
